1.0 Cheats / Ban for 25 days
1.1 Chat Spam / Mute for 30 minutes
1.2 Illegal Modifications: NoJumpDelay, Autototem, Baritone, Autoattack, Autoaim, Aimbot, Triggerbot, InventoryWalk, FastPlace, XRay, FastBreak, AutoEat, Velocity. Any mods that partially or fully replicate cheat functions are strictly prohibited. / Ban for 2 days
1.3 Disrespecting Staff: Insulting, harassing, or mocking Admins more than 3 times. / Mute for 1 hour
1.4 False Reporting: Filing reports in 『support』 or 『report-player』 for being killed or raided by a player NOT using cheats. / Mute for 2 hours
1.5 Evading Punishment: Bypassing rules or active bans. / Ban for 15 days
1.6 Political Disputes: Toxicity or heated arguments regarding politics. / Ban for 5 days
1.7 Malicious Links: Advertising dangerous or phishing websites. / Ban for 10 days
1.8 Cheat Advertising: Promoting any kind of hacks or cheats. / Ban for 15 days
1.9 Racism: Any form of racial slurs or discrimination. / Ban for 1 day
2.0 Parental Insults: Insulting a player's family/parents. / Mute for 1 hour
2.1 Encouraging Misconduct: Urging other players to break the rules. / Ban for 5 days
2.2 NSFW & Propaganda: 18+ content or LGBT-related promotion. / Ban for 10 days
2.3 Impersonation: Misleading players by claiming to be an Admin/Staff member. / Ban for 3 days
2.4 Item Duplication: Using exploits to dupe items. / Ban for 10 days
2.5 Lag Machines: Creating devices intended to slow down or crash the server. / Ban for 20 days
2.6 Refusing PC Check: Declining a request from Staff to check for cheats / Ban for 2 days
2.7 Staff Manipulation: Intentionally provoking Admins or trying to trick them into violating their duties / Ban for 1 day
2.8 External Advertising: Promoting other websites or Minecraft servers. / (Ban for 10 min - as per your script)
2.9 If you’ve been banned more than 5 times for breaking the rules / it's a permanent ban.
Additional Information
Staff Availability: Please understand that Admins cannot always respond instantly. We have personal lives and responsibilities outside the server.
Reporting: If you witness someone breaking the rules, please use the 『📝』report-player or 『🪪』support channels.
Refund Policy: All donations and store purchases are final. No refunds will be issued after the transaction is complete.
Rules for Admins
1.0 Banning without valid reasons / Removal from staff position
1.1 Spawning "OP" (overpowered) resources in Creative and then using them in Survival / Removal from staff position
1.1.1 Giving resources to players without a reason / Removal from staff position
1.2 Griefing players while in Creative mode / 3-day ban and removal from staff position
1.3 Threatening players with bans or other actions without grounds / 1-day ban
1.4 Granting Admin status to other players without reason / Removal from staff position and IP ban
1.5 Banning for cheats without a prior cheat check (screenshare/test) / +1 Warning
1.6 Teleporting to players' bases to copy coordinates and returning later in Survival / Potential removal from staff position +1 Warning
1.7 Insults or starting drama with players who didn't provoke you (if a player starts it, you may respond) / Warning
1.8 Extorting money or other items / Removal from staff position and 5-day ban
1.9 Accumulating more than 3 justified complaints against you / Removal from staff position
2.0 Driving players away from the server / Toxic behavior towards newcomers / Potential removal from staff position
2.0.1 Harassing players without reason while in Creative mode / +1 Warning
2.1 Messing around with commands while in Creative mode / Potential removal from staff position +1 Warning
2.1.1 Teleporting to players just to annoy them / Spectating without a reason (Spectating is only allowed for checks, e.g., X-ray) / Potential removal from staff position +1 Warning
Clarifications
You cannot report [CH.Admin] or[Developer], as they are responsible for dismissing Moderators and Admins.
